Autism rates linked to serum vitamin D deficiency, and shown to vary widely based on melanin content in skin (Cannell 2007 and Cannell 2013).
Another study not only found much lower vit D levels in autistic children (mean of 15 ng/ml compared with 30 ng/ml in controls), it also found an extremely strong correlation coefficient (R = -0.84) between vitamin D levels and severity on autism rating scales (p ≤ 0.001) (Mostafa et al. (2013))

Preservative-free Vitamin K shot FDA package insert: This shot also contains 10mg of polysorbate per dose, which is approximately 3mg/kg delivered. Polysorbate injected at about 100x (over 4 days) in rats was found to disrupt the female hormone cycle and reduce the female organs Gajdova et al, 1992. Quite a big difference in dosage but still noteworthy. It’s also noteworthy that polysorbate 80 is widely recognized for its ability to open up the blood-brain barrier e.g. Wang et al., 2025. There is also a minority of studies that find an association between cancer and the vitamin k shot (e.g Parker et al. 1998, Golding et al., 1992 and Passmore et al 1998), but the majority of studies find no association (Lippi et al. 2011, Autre-Leca 2001). Better weight gain and iron levels has been observed with delayed cord clamping (Tiemersma et al. 2014). In one study, a 2-minute delay increased iron stores by about 27-47 mg (Chaparro,2006), and a deficiency of iron is strongly linked to irreversible neurological development issues (Beard, 2008) and happens to be the most common micronutrient deficiency in the US (Cerami, 2017).
